FTGate4 includes all the standard service features that you would expect from a high performance mail server and includes additional features that will lie at the heart of future internet development.

Services use a pooled multi-threaded architecture to allow access from many thousands of concurrent connections without overloading the processing ability of the server. This improves the response times of the server and increases the maximum throughput available from any one server. In multiprocessor machines, the benefit is even more pronounced with the processors being able to dynamically load balance the incoming requests.

SMTP/ESMTP
